The site creavo.fi and the campaign site alysivut.creavo.fi are operated by Commo Finland Oy. Creavo and Creavo Digitoimisto are marketing names used by the company.

What we collect

We collect what you enter in a form or in the chat, and — with your consent — how you arrived on the site.

• Contact form: name, company name, email address and your message.
• Service package order form: name, email, company name, business ID, optionally phone number and additional details, plus the services you selected.
• Chat: the content of the conversation and technical identifiers set by the chat service.
• Campaign data: if you arrived via an ad link, the form submission carries information about which campaign you came from. We do not combine this with your identity beyond what you enter in the form yourself.
• Visitor statistics: page views and approximate location in Google Analytics. Without cookie consent this is collected without identifiers and cannot be traced back to you.

What we use it for

Responding to enquiries, preparing quotes and order confirmations, and managing the customer relationship.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit a form, or the preparation and performance of a contract in the case of an order.

We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Where the data goes

Form submissions are delivered by email to hello@creavo.fi, and orders generate an order confirmation attachment.

We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the service providers we need to run the site and our communications: an email delivery service, a chat service, a scheduling service, and Google (Analytics and Ads) for visitor measurement and ad targeting.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless the customer relationship continues.

Order and invoicing data is kept for the period required by Finnish accounting law.

You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw your consent.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).

Cookies and third-party services

Three services on this site require consent: Smartsupp chat, Google Analytics 4 visitor measurement and Google Ads conversion measurement. We ask for your consent with a cookie banner on your first visit.

If you accept, the chat loads and analytics may set cookies. If you decline, the chat is not loaded at all, and analytics sets no cookies or identifiers — it then sends only an anonymous page-view signal that cannot identify you or follow you from page to page.

Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies set by the chat along with the campaign identifier, and reload the page.

If you arrive via an ad link, the address may contain a campaign identifier (utm parameters or Google’s gclid). With your consent we store it in your browser’s local storage for 30 days, so we can see which campaign your enquiry came from. Without consent nothing is stored: the identifier is only passed on if you submit a form during the same visit.

Scheduling happens on Calendly, where you move to that service and its own privacy policy.

Our campaign site alysivut.creavo.fi has its own cookie banner and its own policy.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our services or data processing change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
